Третий день как снежный циклон накрыл город и очевидно, что муниципальные дорожные службы не справляются с устранением последствий. Не хватает техники, людей. А страдают все. Водители автобусов в таких условиях работают на износ, даже в 21.00 сохраняются пробки.
Возможно оперативное привлечение частных компаний позволило бы повысить эффективность уборки дорог общего пользования.
