стартовала VII Международная научно-практическая конференция «Город, пригодный для жизни», посвящённая 90-летию со дня образования Красноярского края и 150-летию архитектора В. А. Соколовского.

Т.е. уже никто особо не стесняется.
Не «Город для жизни», не «Красноярск - лучший город для жизни», а просто - «..пригодный для жизни и всё такое».
На высоты, типа «комфортный» или «дружелюбный» никто даже не замахивается.
Скромно и абсолютно без амбиций..

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
