Для ускоренной регистрации сделки понадобится заплатить госпошлину в двойномразмере. Так, например, для быстрой регистрации перехода права собственности на квартиру стоимостью до 20 млн. рублей придется заплатить 8 тыс. рублей (стандартная пошлина составляет 4 тыс. рублей).
В заявлении проведения регистрационных сделок появился новыйраздел, где необходимо указать, что заявитель просит зарегистрировать сделку в ускоренномрежиме.
