А недостройки все республиканские только из-за того, что Гуриевы гимна слова до сих пор наизусть не выучили? И кстати, если что, вдруг глава не в курсе, мы субъект всё-таки России, не область а Республика! И у нас свой гимн и даже своя Конституция есть.
