Den Herd auf die kleinste Stufe herunterdrehen und den Balsamico in die Pfanne träufeln. Die Birnen hinzufügen und kurz erwärmen lassen. Alles gut wenden und mit einer Prise Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Zum Schluss die Bohnen mit einer Prise Salz würzen, in die Pfanne geben und unterheben. Das Gericht mit einer Prise Pfeffer bestreuen.
