Hallimasch mit Maultaschen

Hallimasch für 2 mal 20min abgekocht.
Da die Menge zuwenig war habe ich noch Kräuterseitlinge und Champions dazu gegeben.
Alles einzeln ohne Öl oder Butter angebraten. Die angebratenen Zutaten zurück in den Topf mit dem angebraten Tomatenmark verrührt und mit Weißwein abgelöscht.
Nach dem reduzieren mit zwei Gläsern Gemüsebrühe aufgefüllt und Zwiebeln und Knoblauch hinzugefügt.
Anschließend Feta und Creme frech eingerührt und mit Brühe Pfeffer und Petersilie abgeschmeckt.
Maultaschen gekocht
...und fertig
