«Вся поверхность Дона, в районе поворота на Петровский, покрыта слоем солярки!» — пишет горожанин.
Вероятно, топливо могло вытечь из пробоины в борту одного из судов, идущих по Дону. В курсе ли Минприроды Ростовской области — пока не ясно.
