1. Оружие американского производства 2. Куплено на деньги американских властей у американских компаний 3. Ввезено на территорию Украины американцами. 4. Выбор целей осуществляют американцы 5. Спутниковую разведку осуществляют американцы 6. Технический запуск по целям осуществляют американские военные.
