В 2025 году в проекте смогут участвовать пенсионеры, уволенные по инициативе работодателя после 1 декабря 2024 года. На проект выделено 494,6 млн рублей. Преимущество имеют семьи мобилизованных и участников СВО. Работа предполагает озеленение, уборку, погрузку/разгрузку, доставку и др. Заработная плата составит около 40,6 тыс. рублей для взрослых, до 38,5 тыс. для студентов и от 23,4 до 37,8 тыс. для несовершеннолетних. В общей сложности планируется трудоустроить 9700 человек, включая 1500 пенсионеров и 5600 подростков.
