Любому здравому уму понятно: наукой по плану занимаются только придурки. Наука и научная работа живут без регламентов, потому что научные идеи, озарения вынашиваются учеными ежеминутно, постоянно. И чаще приходят спонтанно.
Сляпать научное открытие или просто исследование под фанфары и наукообразном костре не удастся - не та материя. А истинные наставники - это не козлы, которые имеют приписки своей фамилии к не своим работам.
Так что работа с одарёнными и одержимыми наукой людьми это не проституция в формах НОЦ, МОЦ и т.д.
