Организатором конкурса выступил Центр развития компетенций Херсонской области. Конкурс рисунков посвящён нашим героям -защитникам Отечества. Этоотличная возможность для детей выразить благодарность тем, кто стоит на страже нашей безопасности.
Условия конкурса: 1. Нарисуйте своего защитника! Это может быть ваш дедушка, папа, брат или друг семьи. Главное, чтобы ваш герой вдохновлял вас и вызывал чувство гордости. 2. Напишите небольшое описание к вашему рисунку. Расскажите, почему именно этот человек является вашим защитником и что он для вас значит.
Сроки проведения конкурса: конкурс будет проходить с 12 марта по 12 апреля. Все работы будут оцениваться народным голосованием в телеграм-канале Центра развития компетенций Херсонской области.
Для победителей конкурса организаторы подготовили призы: планшеты и умные колонки.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
