Слова восхищения редки
По ясным причинам сейчас…
Какие великие предки
В родне вековечной у нас!

Ведь явно не ради регалий
На части шестой у Земли
Россию, как песню, слагали
И честь, как жену, берегли.

Но тяжким свинцом укоризна
Ложится на нас неспроста:
При нас распиналась Отчизна,
При нас распинали Христа…

И всё же сквозь жизни потемки
Я крикну, не пряча вины:
Великие наши потомки!
Великие наши сыны!

Нам доля, как ваша, не снилась,
Вас – ад захлестнет на рога,
И жить вы сочтете за милость
В России – как в стане врага.

Но с мудростью, прадедов краше,
Победой с нас смоете срам…
Потомки великие наши!
Спасибо заранее вам!

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
