عجبا ويا عجب ممن سماه امام المعقول كيف لعقل ان يستدل هذا الاستدلال الذي يستحي منه اي طالب اشعري فضلاً عن سني
واذا أردت العجب الحقيقي انه يدعي الاجماع على ان السحر غير قبيح ولا محظور !! اي اجماع هذا !؟! لا ادري

قال الرازي : المسألة الخامسة: في أن العلم بالسحر غير قبيح ولا محظور: اتفق المحققون على ذلك لأن العلم لذاته شريف وأيضا لعموم قوله تعالى: هل يستوي الذين يعلمون والذين لا يعلمون [الزمر: 9] ولأن السحر لو لم يكن يعلم لما أمكن الفرق بينه وبين المعجز، والعلم بكون المعجز معجزا واجب وما يتوقف الواجب عليه فهو واجب 👈فهذا يقتضي أن يكون تحصيل العلم بالسحر واجبـــــــــــــا وما يكون واجبا كيف يكون حراما وقبيحا ؟

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
