الشرح: ( جَهْدِ الْبَلاءِ ): كل ما أصاب الإنسان من شدّة المشقّة والجهد مما لا طاقة له بحمله ولا يقدر على دفعه عن نفسه فهو من جهد البلاء، ( وَدَرَكِ الشَّقَاءِ): هو لحوق الشقاء، وينقسم قسمين فيكون فى أمور الدنيا وفى أمور الآخرة، وهو في المعاش، والنفس، والمال، والأهل، والخاتمة، وفي المعاد، ( وَسُوءِ الْقَضَاءِ): هو ما يسوء الإنسان ويوقعه في المكروه، والسوء منصرف إلى المقضي دون القضاء، ( وَشَمَاتَةِ الأعْدَاءِ): فرحة الأعداء، شماتة الأعداء مما ينكأ القلب، ويبلغ من النفس أشد مبلغ، وهذه جوامع ينبغى للمؤمن التعوذ بالله منها كما تعوذ النبى ﷺ، وإنما دعا بذلك ﷺ معلمًا لأمته ما يتعوّذ بالله منه.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
