Он рассчитан на 180 детей, площадь — 4,5 тысячи квадратных метров. Строительство полностью оплатили за счёт компании. Сейчас оформляем передачу сада на баланс города. Как только все документы будут готовы, он начнёт работать.
Также в Приморском районе, в ЖК «FoRest Аквилон», завершается строительство второго детского сада. Это здание на 215 мест, площадью 5,2 тысячи квадратных метров. Уже есть заключение о соответствии (ЗОС), ввод в эксплуатацию — до конца января 2025 года. После этого сад тоже передадим городу.
На подходе ещё четыре детских сада и школа. Строительство оставшихся детских садов завершим уже в 2025 году, а школу — до середины 2026.
