По штрафу Норриса. Как видно на картинках 1, 2, 5 - он действительно не поднял ногу ни на 30-м ни на 31-м круге. Ферстаппен сделал это оба раза, без предупреждения по радио. Пилотов Феррари предупредили.

Штраф жёсткий, но, в отличие от нарушений режимов SC, VSC где дают 5 или 10 секунд, за двойной жёлтый в гонке наказывают 10-ю секундами стоп-энд-гоу. Другое дело, что в гонке несколько лет таких нарушений не было. Однако Мазепин и Латифи в 2021-м получали ровно такие же штрафы (протоколы на картинках 8 и 9).

Другой вопрос, что судя по телеметрии, которую сегодня выложил бывший гонщик Хо-Пи Тун (картинки 3 и 4), Норрис не был единственным нарушителем.
