Про деньги: ◻️ Мы отправили первый транш на ₽ 767,7 млн. ◻️ Помимо рыночного кредита на ₽ 984,3 млн ВЭБ привлечет ₽ 590,6млн льготного финансирования по линии Минвостока. ◻️ Общая стоимость проекта — ₽ 1,9 млрд.
Ранее при финансовой поддержке ВЭБа было обновлено освещение в Волгограде и Нижнем Новгороде, объем нашего участия— ₽ 697 млн.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
