Внеочередная сессия Новоалтайского городского собрания депутатов по вопросу больницы предсказуемо не состоялась.
Пришли 11 депутатов, для кворума нужно было 12. Кворум не сделали единороссы, которых в собрании 17, причём не сделали сознательно, в этом нет сомнений. Получилось, что они вроде как и за народ (инициировали же внеочередную сессию!) и не против краевой администрации (за обращение же не проголосовали!).
По итогу обращение всё-же будет рассматриваться на очередной сессии 20 октября. До неё почти две недели, там или ишак сдохнет, или эмир. Или кворума опять не будет.
