Да, на данный момент никто не может вам обеспечить там 100% безопасность.

Но уже прилётов практически нет. И вражеских дронов я там тоже не видел. Не долетают.

На мине тоже не подорвешься, если не будешь лазить где попало.

Но помощь там очень нужна. Чтобы люди в тепле перезимовали. Хотя бы с залатанными крышами.

Если страшно ехать в Авдеевку, — можно трудиться в Ясиноватой на кухне. Там тоже рук не хватает. Это уже глубокий тыл. Там дети в школы и в садики ходят. Но грохот войны там слышен. Вода есть с 14:00 до 22:00.

Если страшно ехать в Ясиноватую, — можно ехать в Мариуполь. Там тоже рук не хватает.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
