- فیلترینگ، پاک کردن صورت مسئله است.
آموزش صحیح لازم است.
آموزش‌هایی که تاکنون در رسانه‌ها داده شده به اندازه‌ی کافی مفید نبوده.
آموزش‌دهنده باید اشراف داشته باشد البته نه به گمان خودش.

کاربری ناشناس با تصویر یک دختربچه، وعده‌ای می‌دهد* که با هوش و سواد بسیار اندک می‌شود فهمید دروغ است و در برابر، از اعضا می‌خواهد که صد نفر را در گروه اد کنند.
[*می‌گوید ۱۰۰ نفر را اد کنید، فورا ده‌میلیون تومان به حسابتان واریز می‌شود.]
در زمان کوتاهی دست کم* هزار و هفتصد نفر گول خورده‌اند و ۱۷۰ هزار نفر را در معرض گول خوردن بعدی قرار داده‌اند.

این فقط یک گوشه‌ی داستان است.
تعداد اعضا رو به افزایش است و داستان یا داستان‌هایی هم پشت این داستان است...
مثلاً همان اکانت، دارد اعضا را به فضاهای کلاهبرداری دیگری می‌کشاند!

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
