Уголовное дело о многомиллионной контрабанде лесоматериалов из Иркутской области направлено в суд, сообщила Восточно-Сибирская транспортная прокуратура.
По версии следствия, с марта 2015 по июль 2018 года обвиняемые незаконно приобретали и перерабатывали древесину в Иркутской области, после чего сбывали ее по фиктивным документам иностранным компаниям/ В результате преступной деятельности фигурантов через таможенную границу Российской Федерации было экспортировано более 32 куб. м лесоматериалов на общую сумму свыше 229 млн рублей.
В ходе предварительного следствия вину в совершении преступлений обвиняемые не признали.
