Галактионова руководила созданием таких крупных выставок, как «Кукрыниксы. 100 лет», «Филонов. Художник мирового расцвета», «Бессмертие подвига», а также «ДК СССР». Благодаря работе РОСИЗО в новых регионах России были открыты детские центры и Музей кино в Шахтерске в ДНР.
