ابتلاء المؤمن كالدواء له يستخرج منه الأدواء التي لو بقيت فيه أهلكته، أو نقصت ثوابه، وأنزلت درجته، فيستخرج الابتلاء والامتحان منه تلك الأدواء ويستعد به لتمام الأجر، وعلو المنزلة، ومعلوم أن وجود هذا خير للمؤمن من عدمه، كما قال النبي صلى الله تعالى عليه وآله وسلم: "والذي نفسي بيده لا يقضي الله للمؤمن قضاء إلا كان خيرا له، وليس ذلك إلا للمؤمن، إن أصابته سراء شكر فكان خيرا له، وإن أصابته ضراء صبر، فكان خيرا له". فهذا الابتلاء والامتحان من تمام نصره وعزه وعافيته، ولهذا كان أشد الناس بلاء الأنبياء، ثم الأقرب إليهم فالأقرب، يبتلى المرء حسب دينه، فإن كان في دينه صلابة شدد عليه البلاء، وإن كان في دينه رقة خفف عنه، ولا يزال البلاء بالمؤمن حتى يمشي على وجه الأرض وليس عليه خطيئة.

Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
