"Информационные материалы иностранных агентов можно распространять лицам, не являющимся иностранными агентами, но такие сообщения должны быть с соответствующей маркировкой. Норма содержится в Законе "Об информации". Проектом документа предлагается утвердить форму такой отметки в текстовых сообщениях, на видео- и аудиоматериалах", - говорится в сообщении пресс-службы Минцифры.
Согласно проекту постановления, маркировка должна быть в виде сообщения "Содержится материал, произведенный и (или) распространенный иностранным агентом ФИО, 18+", которое должно быть размещено: в текстовых сообщениях - сверху текста или под заголовком, а на аудио- и видеоматериалах - в начале трансляции таких материалов, а также при каждом возобновлении трансляции таких материалов после их прерывания, сказано в сообщении пресс-службы министерства.
