Во время оперативного совещания правительства области мэр Белгорода Валентин Демидов объявил, что по просьбе жителей города власти дополнительно закупят 15 модульных укрытий.
В ответ на это Вячеслав Гладков предложил «перераспределить» уже имеющиеся укрытия из районов города, которые не подвергались обстрелам, и перенести их в район Харьковской горы и Дубового, которые регулярно подвергаются обстрелам из РСЗО.
— Мы не можем физически накрыть всю область, поставить укрытия по всему Белгороду. В этом даже необходимости нет. Поэтому нужно ставить там, где происходят обстрелы, — заявил Вячеслав Гладков.
