Если вы меня спросите, в чем особенность архитектуры именно шведских церквей, то я отвечу так.

1) Очень многие храмы очень древние, либо стоят на фундаменте более древних храмов.
2) Рядом с церковью можно почувствовать приятный запах просмолённых досок. Это пахнут знаменитые шведские деревянные колокольни. Как сказал мой хороший друг, эти колокольни в душе считают, что они на самом деле драккары ))) Ну да, что то есть.
3) Как правило на территории церкви лежат рунические камни, собранные по округе.

На фотографии церковь в Старой Уппсале. Почти наверняка она стоит на месте знаменитого языческого святилища.
