По информации СМИ, возгорание произошло на 10 этаже в доме на Библиотечной улице. Погибли 4-летний мальчик и 8-летняя девочка: надышавшихся дымом детей смогли вытащить из горевшей квартиры спасатели, но позже оба ребëнка скончались от отравления угарным газом, медики не смогли их спасти. Из здания также эвакуировали около 30 человек, с матерью погибших детей сейчас работают психологи и врачи.
Точная причина возгорания сейчас устанавливается, рассматриваются версии неисправной электрики и неосторожного обращения с огнëм. Возбуждено уголовное дело.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
