Считаю, что это очень разумная точка зрения, которую стоит использовать даже при оценке каких-то внутренних продуктов или процессов в компаниях.
Объясню: Проблема в том, что многие топ-менеджеры рассматривают попадание в установленную дату дедлайна как косвенный показатель профессионализма команды или сотрудника. Всё, что делается раньше срока - это само собой разумеющееся, все что позже — попадает по сомнения: «может вы долго кофе пьете на обеде?».
Но если вы или ваш руководитель ориентированы на качество и понимаете закон Паркинсона, то эта «половина успеха дедлайна» правильный путь в развитии вашего проекта.

This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
