Компания «ЛУКОЙЛ-Западная Сибирь» стала владельцем 99,9% в «Когалым НПО-Сервисе» («Когалым нефтепромысловое оборудование-сервис») и 99,99% «Урай НПО-сервисе» («Урай нефтепромысловое оборудование-сервис»). Об этом сообщило агентство AK&M, ссылаясь на изменения в ЕГРЮЛ.
«Когалым НПО-сервис» была приобретена у ООО «Сервис-Менеджмент», расположенного в Югре. «Урай НПО-сервис» — у ООО «НПО Менеджмент».
«Когалым НПО-сервис» занимается ремонтом, реконструкцией и техническим перевооружением нефтепромысловых объектов. Выручка за 2023 год составила 4,3 млрд руб., чистая прибыль 0,48 млрд рублей.
«Урай НПО-сервис» оказывает комплексные услуги по строительству объектов нефтегазодобычи и обслуживанию нефтепромыслового оборудования. Выручка за 2023 год составила 3 млрд руб., чистая прибыль 0,3 млрд рублей.

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
