🔹 به صورت توناژ در طبیعت یونجه می‌ریزند و آبشخور می سازند و حیوانات را از مناطق اطراف در یک منطقه جمع می‌کنند، بعد می‌گویند جمعیت حیوانات در نتیجه حفاظت مشارکتی زیاد شده، پس می‌توان پروانه شکار داد.
🔹بالا‌ترین تعرفه قیمت دولتی پروانه شکار ۳ هزار دلار است. شکارچیان ۳ هزار دلار تعرفه دولتی را می‌خرند و در مزایده خارج از ایران تا ۳۰ هزار یورو می‌فروشند، ولی این ما‌به‌التفاوت وارد کشور نمی‌شود.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
