Прокурор Сосновского района Евгений Мичурин в рамках надзора проверил исполнение муниципального контракта по строительству автомобильных дорог в п. Северный на земельных участках, выделенных для индивидуального жилищного строительства многодетным семьям. В ходе выезда проведено выездное рабочее совещание с участием руководства администрации Сосновского района, представителей подрядчика и организации, осуществляющей строительный контроль. Проведен осмотр и оценка объема выполненного этапа работ, обсуждены вопросы дальнейшего строительства, соблюдения требований проекта и сроков исполнения контракта.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
