🏭Владельцы «Пеноплэкс СПб», Петербургского производителя строительных и декоративно-отделочных материалов на основе полимеров, передали свои доли в компании в пользу АО «Пеноплэкс». Теперь обществу, возглавляемому бизнесменом Андреем Катковым, принадлежит 100% акций.
По данным «Агентства бизнес новостей», из владения капиталом «Пеноплэкс СПб» вышли такие совладельцы как гонконгская «Пи.Би.Эл. ГОНКОНГ ЛИМИТЕД» (17,31%) и ООО «ПНТ Тетра» (10%). Ещё 69,56% принадлежало самому Каткову, 2% приходилось на Дениса Норенко и ещё 1% владело АО «РВК».
