"Лимиты уже практически сняты. Сегодня дано поручение Минфину, банкам не ограничивать [выдачу кредитов]. Если раньше были лимиты межу банками, они выбирали и ждали, когда новый дадут. Сейчас по мере выборки - у кого какая заявка, столько им дают денег", - сказал он.
