Избрана мера пресечения в отношении гендиректора АО «Уральские заводы»

Замоскворецкий районный суд города Москвы избрал меру пресечения в отношении Мусина Василя Марсельевича, подозреваемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного
ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество в особо крупном размере).

Мусин В.М., находясь должность генерального директора акционерного общества «Уральские заводы» совершил хищение денежных средств, выделенных МВД России в рамках обеспечения исполнения государственного оборонного заказа, путем обмана в особо крупном размере.

Суд удовлетворил ходатайство следователя и
избрал Мусину В.М. меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу сроком на 1 месяц 29 суток, то есть до 17 августа 2024 года.
