Блокировка Telegram создаёт определённые сложности, так, многие пользователи вынуждены прибегать к использованию VPN-сервисов для доступа к мессенджеру, сообщило ведомство.
"Мы понимаем, насколько важно для жителей республики и наших гостей сохранять доступ к удобным и привычным средствам связи. Надеемся, что федеральные органы власти найдут решение, которое позволит минимизировать негативные последствия блокировки и смогут найти баланс между обеспечением безопасности и соблюдением прав граждан на свободное общение", — заявил министр Юрий Гамзатов.
