Почему мы так рассуждаем. Бассейн в Орбите летом кормится из бюджета региона. Речь идёт о десятках миллионов рублей, а в Сыктывкаре старый, уставший центральный городской бассейн. Его реставрация или ремонт скажется больше на позитивной социологии .
