Мы представляем одного из участников ООО «Форпласт» и оспариваем ряд корпоративных решений общества. По нашему иску Арбитражный суд Пермского края признал все решения спорного общего собрания недействительными.
Однако корпоративный конфликт продолжается. Выяснилось, что бывший директор общества (пока ещё был директором) создал общество с похожим названием «Форпласт-Трейдинг» и заключил сделки между обществами, которые мы сейчас будем оспаривать.
