Рынок акций застройщиков продолжает лететь вниз

🔸ПИК за последние 5 дней упал на ~23%, до 367 рублей;

🔸«Группа ЛСР»: за это время потеряла 13,5%, до 654 рублей за ценную бумагу;

🔸«Эталон»: -19,9%, до 47 рублей;

🔸«Инград»: -4,92%, до 1586 рублей (маленький объем торгов, поэтому менее чувствительны);

🔸Ниже всех «Самолет»: ушёл в минус на 30%, до 910 рублей за акцию (на 40 рублей ниже, чем цена за ценную бумагу, с которой «Самолет» вышёл на IPO в 2020 году). И это неудивительно: как нам известно, корпоративный долг компании уже под триллион рублей.

Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
