Девелопер возведет 11 домов разной этажности — от 5 до 25 этажей на 117,6 тыс. кв. м. Всего в новом микрорайоне поселятся более 4,7 тыс. человек.

Некоторые архитекторы на комиссии совета обратили внимание на "скучный внешний вид домов". Действительно напоминает проекты ПИК.
