Девелопер "Точно" заходит в Татарстан.

Краснодарский застройщик презентовал макет города-курорта "Васильевский остров" на 88 га. Проект будут строить по программе КРТ и он станет продолжением заповедного памятника природы "Ильинская балка" (30 км от Казани).

Главной отличительной чертой проекта станет собственное озеро, вокруг которого застройщик сконцентрирует курортную инфраструктуру: пляж, прокатную станцию, ресторанный кластер и ярморочную площадь.

На территории предусмотрены девять кварталов – 64 дома попеременной высотности 6-14 этажей на 10 тыс. жителей. Старт продаж запланирован на март этого года. Старт стройки пока не объявили. Помимо этого девелопер планирует построить жилой комплекс "Кадерле" в самой Казани.
