Ремонтировать здания, чья эпоха ушла, нет смысла. На месте бывшей высотки СЭВ будет новое. Приводить в порядок полуаварийные здания советского времени, которые не являются архитектурными памятниками и уже отслужили свое с точки зрения конструктивных элементов…

Вот такой "гигант" высотой 355 метров может появиться на месте здания СЭВ.

Проект, понятное дело, ещё 10 раз мутирует, но заход - сделать супердоминанту - очевиден.
Сейчас там планируется 220 тыс. кв. м жилья, 357 тыс. кв. м офисов и ТЦ на 103 тыс. кв. м.
Итого - 76 этажей - СПП в ГНС - 696 тыс. кв. м.

The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
