Лидер партии "Справедливая Россия — За правду" Сергей Миронов выступил с предложением списывать ипотеку при рождении детей.
Суть инициативы заключается в поэтапном списании ипотеки с рождением детей. При рождении первого ребёнка государство должно погасить 25% жилищного кредита, а при рождении каждого последующего — четверть его стоимости.
По мнению партии, эта мера способна увеличить рождаемость в полтора-три раза.
