Ретроспектива дня

Новое упражнение для меня, выполняется перед сном 💤

*Кадр за кадром прокручивать события прошедшего дня, анализировать день.
Искать детали, отмечать то, что приносило радость или наоборот злость. Оценивать разные эмоции в течение дня, переживать ситуацию под другим углом, с другим спектром эмоций

Пробую уже неделю.

➖Понравилось то, что очень напрягает мозг 🧠 приходится вспоминать, но с каждым днем получается легче

➖Уже без эмоций смотрю на какие-то события и оцениваю свои действия/других людей

➖Оцениваю свои шаги: в нужном ли направлении иду 🙇🏽‍♀️

Еще я стараюсь детально просмотреть: где потратила много времени на сборы/телефон/бесполезные дела и минимизировать их в завтрашнем дне

Пробую уже неделю.

➖Понравилось то, что очень напрягает мозг 🧠 приходится вспоминать, но с каждым днем получается легче

➖Уже без эмоций смотрю на какие-то события и оцениваю свои действия/других людей

➖Оцениваю свои шаги: в нужном ли направлении иду 🙇🏽‍♀️

Еще я стараюсь детально просмотреть: где потратила много времени на сборы/телефон/бесполезные дела и минимизировать их в завтрашнем дне
