Именно такое предложение внесли истцы , обжалующие свалку в Коломне. По их утверждению, было бы целесообразно открыть мусоросжигательный завод на Рублевке, а комбинат по переработке отходов - напротив Правительства. Это создало бы много рабочих мест на Рублевке и придало бы смысл существованию Правительства Московской области.
