На удивление хорошая карта 13 века в белорусском учебнике.

Показаны русские княжества до вторжения монголов.

Очень точно показаны границы расселения балтского племени литва: на север от реки Неман и на запад от озера Нарочь.

Про Полоцкое княжество наврали, оно разделилось на 6 мелких княжеств после смерти Всеслава Брячиславовича около 1100 года. К времени монгольского вторжения Полоцк контролировали вообще смоленские Ростиславичи.
