16 декабря 2024 года Артемовским городским судом Свердловской области рассмотрено ходатайство следователя о продлении Трофимову Константину Михайловичу срока содержания под стражей. Глава Артемовского городского округа обвиняется в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч.6 ст.290, ч.4 ст.290 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации.
Постановлением суда Трофимову К.М. продлен срок содержания под стражей на 2 месяца, то есть по 18 февраля 2025 года включительно.
Постановление вступит в законную силу через 3 суток, если не будет обжаловано сторонами.
