Ситуация с ТНС удручает еще и тем, что это всё та же история с ошибками реформы - мало того, что её уже как фарс играют, так и в недавнем док.фильме «Россия. Кремль. Путин» авторы поставили нарезку суровых высказываний Путина с подтекстом, что, мол, вот так он проблемы решил.
Но проблемы не решены (добавили к видео ВГТРК фрагменты заседания в 2011, где в течение 2 часов Путин перечислял бомбы замедленного действия под электроэнергетикой... и бомбы всё еще тикают).
