"Мы оцениваем на сегодняшний день рынок как сбалансированный, благодаря, в первую очередь, действиям со стороны стран, входящих в ОПЕК+", - сказал А. Новак.
При этом вице-премьер не стал говорить, какие решения могут быть приняты на встрече ОПЕК 1 декабря.
