Бывшие исполнительные вице-президенты Такекуро, (78 лет), и Муто, (74 года), обвинялись в халатности при ведении бизнеса, повлекшей за собой смерть и травмы.
Фигуранты дела вины не признавали и заявляли, что у них не было информации, которая бы свидетельствовала о вероятности серьезных последствий удара стихии..
