1 марта 2000 года 6-я рота 2-го батальона 104-го парашютно-десантного полка 76-й Псковской гвардейской воздушно-десантной дивизии была направлена на выполнение боевого задания с целью предотвратить проход международных террористов через Аргунское ущелье.
🥇 Несмотря на полученное ранение, Марк Евтюхин не оставил своих бойцов и принял решение вызвать огонь артиллерии на себя. Он погиб, проявив невероятное мужество и героизм. За свою отвагу он был посмертно удостоен высокого звания Героя России, которое ему было присвоено Президентом Российской Федерации.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
